Welcome to the 15th European
Farmhouse and Artisan Cheese & Dairy Meeting
in Rovinj, Croatia
European farmhouse cheesemakers and their representatives have been meeting annually since 2009 to exchange ideas, experiences and discuss important topics. This event has become a multi-day congress that includes farm visits, a conference and discussions within working groups. Each year the congress is organized by a different member country. This year, this honor went to Croatia, for the first time.
This year’s lectures, presentations and working groups is about
Marketing & Promotion of dairy products. Participants will learn more about these topics through practical examples and presentations on various projects. The culinary highlight is a cheese buffet where cheeses from different regions of Europe are tasted, thus promoting their quality and diversity.
We welcome producers, advisors, researchers, cheese traders and everyone else with a special interest in marketing and promoting various European cheeses!
