TRIP 1 – COW’S CHEESES & TRUFFLES
• 09:00 – departure from Eden
• 10:00 – Letaj (Kršan) - Fajman cow and cheese farm (raw milk)
• 11:30 – departure towards Majcani, Sv. Martin
• 12:15 – Sveti Martin (Buzet) – „Majcani“ cow and cheese farm
• 13:30 – departure towards Buzet area - Karlić truffles - professional
truffelers
• 14:00 – Karlić truffle hunting with dogs and 4-course truffle lunch at
their property
• 17:00 – departure towards Rovinj
• 18:10 – return to hotel Eden
TRIP 2 – GOAT’S AND COW’S CHEESES & WINE
• 09:00 – departure from Eden
• 10:00 – Cokuni – Stancija Kumparička - visit to a organic and raw
artisan goat cheese farm
• 11:25 – departure towards Stancija Šantamarina
• 12:00 – Stancija Šantamarina – visit to a cow and sheep farm, cheese
dairy and products.
• 13:30 - Lunch at their own steakhouse on Stancija Šantamarina
• 15:00 – departure towards Marčana
• 15:30 – Marčana Kalavojna winery - Wine cellar guided tour: tasting of
4 wines and bruschette
• 17:15 – departure towards Rovinj
• 18:15 – return to hotel Eden
TRIP 3 – COW’S CHEESES, ISTRIAN CATTLE BOŠKARIN MEAT PROCESSING & BEER
• 09:00 – departure from Eden
• 09:45 – Pazin – visit to meat processing facility (AZRRI) and Boškarin
cattle farm
• 12:00 – departure towards Beram
• 12:15 – short tour of Beram village (one of the oldest frescoes in
Europe)
• 13:00 – lunch at Konoba Vela Vrata, Beram
• 14:30 – departure towards Kašćergani
• 15:00 – visit to Orbanić cow and cheese farm in Kašćergani
• 16:30 – departure towards Svetvinčenat
• 17:00 – Kampanjola Craft brewery. Beer tasting
• 18:15 – departure towards Rovinj
• 19:00 – return to hotel Eden
TRIP 4 – COW’S CHEESES & OLIVE OIL
• 09:00 – departure from Eden
• 10:00 – Boljunsko polje - visit to Buretić cow cheese farm and rural
tourism
• 11:30 – departure towards Orbanići
• 12.30 – Orbanići – visit „Latus“ artisan cow cheeses
• 14:00 – departure towards Pekici
• 14:30 – lunch at a family restaurant and farm Pekici
• 16:00 – departure towards Bale – Vodnjan Oio Vivo
• 16:30 – Oio Vivo – olive groves visit, olive oil tasting with
