Cheese Buffet
Key information about bringing cheeses for the cheese buffet:

FACE network members (organizations or supporting members) should
bring one or more different cheeses for a presentation and tasting at
the cheese buffet.
We need information on what type of cheese you will bring and a short
description of the cheese by August 31st.
Please send this information by the end of August to the following email addresses: mirna.dadic@mps.hr and marija.tumpak@mps.hr .
It is necessary to bring about 1 kg of each type of cheese and each cheese must have a label (HACCP rules for hotel).
We will collect the cheeses:
- on Sunday, October 26th from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the EDEN Hotel in front of the Maslina Hall.
- on Monday, October 27th from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM at the same place and
- on Tuesday, 28th from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM at the same place
