TERMS AND PAYMENT METHOD FOR PARTICIPANTS:

Participants can book accommodation the day before, 26th October or earlier in hotel Eden or hotel Lone (both hotels are located in the same complex, next to each other) with promo code.

The hotel has its own parking for cars, vans and buses for participants.
For the purpose of reserving accommodation during the congress, a promo code FACE2025 has been opened on Maistra’s website, through which participants can reserve accommodation at pre-agreed prices in the Eden and Lone hotels.

When reserving accommodation, participants guarantee it with their credit card details. Participants are required to pay the entire amount of accommodation at the hotel reception. If a participant wishes to pay in advance, this is also possible by contacting Maistra’s reservation center by email or phone, after which a pro forma invoice will be sent.

The price of hotel accommodation includes:

• accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis
• use of the fitness center, hotel indoor pool and sauna
• Internet
• parking
• VAT
• tourist tax

Room reservations for participants can be canceled under the following conditions:
a) Up to 14 days before arrival, the participant can cancel an individual reservation free of charge.
b) For cancellation or shortening of a reservation from 14 to 0 days before arrival, Maistra will charge the participant the entire amount of the reservation.
c) For each NO SHOW room and early departure, Maistra will charge the participant for the full amount of the stay.

AGREEMENT ON ROOM QUOTA FOR PARTICIPANTS

Participants book their own accommodation.
The hotel has agreed with the conference organizer the following room quota:

The quota reduction policy for unsold rooms will be applied according to the following criteria:

Maistra will maintain the agreed quota until 29.09.2025
Maistra will reduce the number of unreserved room quota by 10% on the 06.10.2025
Maistra will reduce the number of unreserved room quota by 30% on the 13.10.2025
Maistra will reduce the number of unreserved room quota by 30% on the 17.10.2025
Maistra will release all unreserved rooms for resale

All additional reservation requests after 17.10.2025 will be confirmed according to hotel availability.
